Management in Practice

Our Management in Practice group is for Management 101 alumni; we've created a confidential space for you to discuss real scenarios you face on your team as you apply foundational concepts and tools in your organization.

All sessions are facilitated by the Founder to Leader team so that we can help you troubleshoot and continue learning and growing.

  • We launch a new Management in Practice group at the start of each quarter.

  • Each group meets for 6 sessions (every other week).

  • Sessions are 1 hour long and are hosted virtually.

  • All sessions are held on Thursdays from 12:30 - 1:30 PM ET.

  • Groups will be capped at 10 participants.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Management in Practice is for alumni of our Management 101 class. The purpose of this group to have a confidential space to discuss and troubleshoot the real-life application of the theories and concepts from Management 101. It doesn't matter how when you took the class - all alumni are welcome.

  • Please reach out to Jaye Goldstein to discuss if this class would a good match for you - or to quickly catch up on on the content from the class.

  • Your first Management in Practice session costs $600 for the quarter; additional sessions cost $750 per quarter.

  • Just like in Management 101, we apply the Chatham House Rules to our community. This means that we agree, as a group, to not share any specific information with anyone outside of the group about what happens during our time together.
