We will set up a pacing cadence that works best for you to work individually with one of our coaches. We recommend 30-to-60 minute sessions every week or every other week in order to build moment and see meaningful change. Our areas of expertise include: leadership, management, communication, scientific communication, media and PR, marketing, branding, product strategy, and fundraising — among many others.

To have a healthy co-founder partnership, it's helpful to deeply align regularly with a facilitator. We recommend monthly check-ins with one of our coaches to reflect on your work together and plan ahead for upcoming obstaces and challenges.

It's so helpful to bring your team together to learn and grow. We can coach you on how to lead your own workshop or retreat - or we can host it for you virtually - or in person. Common topics we’ve lead include: Goal Setting + Getting Stuff Done, Company Culture + Values, Giving and Receiving Feedback, and Fundraising + Communication Your Ideas Effectively.

Learning is sometimes best as a bundle. We can build a series of themed workshops to help a group of people on your team share best practices and tools. Currently we offer two classes:

Instead of coaching you to execute, when we consult, we roll up our sleeves and getting involved in the work with you. We dig in deeper and produce our own deliverables to support your goals. We're happy to sprint alongside you to accelerate your progress.

At least once a year, we encourage clients to conduct an audit of the organization. We typically combine surveys (quantitative data) alongside interviews (qualitative data) to report back on what's working and opportunities for growth individually and as a team.
